Can I sign up on the SoHookd Marketplace?

Yes - anyone can sign up to be a user on the SoHookd Marketplace! Whether you are sending gift cards or experiences on behalf of an organization, you can sign up for SoHookd.

How do I send a SoHookd Gift Card?

It’s simple! After you have registered for your SoHookd Marketplace account and verified your account, login at marketplace.sohookd.com. If you click the button in your welcome email, navigate to the home icon to view the Marketplace home or the three buttons on the upper righthand corner of your screen and click “Send Gift Cards”.

If you’re on the homepage, click on “Send Gift Cards” at the top. If you have not added your shipping or billing addresses, you will be prompted to add them. After adding and updating your addresses in your account, go back to SoHookd Marketplace and the Send Gift Cards page.

Choose your gift card design, add in the gifting details and choose the amount you would like to gift. If you would like to add more gift cards, click “I’m not finished! Keep shopping”. If you would like to proceed to checkout, click “I’m all set. Continue to checkout”

How do I complete my payment?

If you are within your checkout page, add a credit card under Billing Information. Click “save card” and proceed with checkout.

How do I know my gift card has been sent?

You will receive a confirmation email once your gift card has been sent.

Why can’t I send a gift card to myself?

Because gift cards are associated with specific email addresses, currently you are unable to send a gift card to the email address associated with your SoHookd account.

How do I filter rewards based on price?

To filter rewards based on price, move the toggles in the Price section of the left-hand navigation on the Marketplace.

How do I add a credit card to my account?

To add a credit card to your account, click on the dropdown in the top right-hand corner of your screen and click “Dashboard”. You will be directed to your account where you can change your Payment Settings and add a credit card.

I want to purchase an experience on the SoHookd Marketplace for myself. How do I do so?

Visit the Marketplace and add any experience (product or service) to your cart after you’ve signed in to your account. Once signed in, proceed to checkout by clicking the cart in the top right-hand corner of your screen.

What happens when I purchase a wellness experience or product?

When you purchase an experience on the SoHookd Marketplace, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from SoHookd. The SoHookd team will reach out to you within 5 business days with all relevant details to your experience.

I’m having a technical issue. How do I reach out to the support team?

If you run into any technical issues, reach out to us at [email protected] and note your technical issue in the subject line. We should be in touch within 24 hours.

I represent an organization and am interested in infusing my gift, reward, or incentive strategy with wellness. How can I partner with SoHookd?

If you have a program designed to gift, reward, or incentive to attract, retain or engage your key stakeholders -- like members, customers, participants or employees -- you can partner with SoHookd to infuse wellness into this program.

You can send SoHookd Gift Cards to your key stakeholders as a gift, reward, or incentive by using our platform (marketplace.sohookd.com) or you can automate this with our API.

You can also use SoHookd’s wellness experiences and products on your organization’s loyalty platform. Reach out to us at [email protected] to learn more about our API integration.

I’m ready to start sending SoHookd Gift Cards to my key stakeholders. What should I do?

Go to marketplace.sohookd.com and sign up as an Enterprise. Complete your profile and begin gifting by navigating to Send SoHookd Gift Cards!

Can I add my organization’s logo to a SoHookd Gift Card? 

Yes! Your brand is important to building loyalty to your key stakeholders. You can send a custom-branded gift card on the “Send SoHookd Gift Card” page by choosing the gift card option which includes “Your Custom Branding Here”. Once you choose this gift card option, you will be able to upload an image onto the gift card design.

I received a SoHookd Gift Card. What exactly is it?

The SoHookd Gift Card is the key that unlocks access to hundreds of wellness experiences like fresh, healthy groceries; sweaty boutique fitness classes; athletic apparel and shoes; massages and more. With a SoHookd Gift Card, you can choose whichever wellness experiences or products you want to inject excitement into your well-being. 

Cool! How do I use my SoHookd Gift Card?

If you have access to the email you received with your SoHookd Gift Card, click through on the email to access your gift. If you no longer have access to the email, navigate to marketplace.sohookd.com, and click “I have a SoHookd Marketplace Gift Card to redeem”. You will be prompted to input the email address to which the SoHookd Gift Card was sent. Once you submit, you will receive a new email to the address inputted with a link to access your SoHookd Gift Card.

I can’t find my unique pin to check out. What do I do?

Make sure to check your spam folder for your welcome email from SoHookd. If you have any issues and still cannot find it, reach out to us at [email protected]

I love this concept, and I want to send someone the gift of wellness experiences! How can I send a SoHookd Gift Card to someone?

Once you’re on our platform (marketplace.sohookd.com), click Send SoHookd Gift Cards. Add your recipient’s information and your payment information. Once confirmed, your recipient will receive an email to access their SoHookd Gift Card.
