Yes. Many organizations use carrier wellness funds, wellness stipends, employee well-being budgets, and other available resources to fund their SoHookd programs.
We work with organizations that receive wellness funding through major health plans, including UnitedHealthcare and Aetna, making SoHookd a budget-neutral solution for many employers.
Our team can help you determine whether your wellness funds can be applied to SoHookd solutions, and we are set-up in most health plans’ accounts payable systems and can invoice and receive payment directly.
Organizations can purchase individual products or build a broader employee wellness program.
There is no minimum required spend, and all SoHookd offerings are available as standalone solutions.
Some organizations focus exclusively on wellness incentives, while others combine incentives with webinars, challenges, wellness fairs, or gift boxes to create a more comprehensive program.
Most organizations can launch their workplace wellness program within a few days to a couple of weeks, depending on the solutions selected and level of customization desired.

If you have a program designed to gift, reward, or incentive to attract, retain or engage your key stakeholders -- like members, customers, participants or employees -- you can partner with SoHookd to infuse wellness into this program.
You can send SoHookd Gift Cards to your key stakeholders as a gift, reward, or incentive by using our platform (marketplace.sohookd.com) or you can automate this with our API.

With a SoHookd Gift Card, you can choose whichever wellness experiences or products you want to inject excitement into your well-being.
Click on the link you received in your gift card email to set up your account. Your gift card will be loaded into your account and available to use on the SoHookd Marketplace

Yes - anyone can sign up to be a user on the SoHookd Marketplace! Whether you are sending gift cards or experiences on behalf of an organization, you can sign up for SoHookd.
To send SoHookd gift cards, start by selecting "Send SoHookd gift cards" from the navigation menu. Next, pick your gift card design, enter the gifting details, select the amount you wish to gift, and add it to your cart. You can add multiple gift cards before checking out. When you're ready to complete your purchase, click the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of the screen to continue to the checkout process. You will receive a confirmation when your gift card has been sent.
Because gift cards are associated with specific email addresses, currently you are unable to send a gift card to the email address associated with your SoHookd account.
